Verrelli receives endorsement from the New Jersey Education Association

TRENTON, NJ – Assemblyman Anthony S. Verrelli (LD-15) is pleased to announce today his endorsement by the New Jersey Education Association Political Action Committee (NJEA PAC). Verrelli, a union carpenter himself, doubled down on his commitment to New Jersey educators and continued his work to maintain New Jersey’s high-quality public education system.

“We are very fortunate to be able to send our children to some of the best public schools in the United States,” said Congressman Verrelli. “When our children are taught by teachers who feel supported and empowered, our public schools thrive. As a leader of the labor movement, I am acutely aware of the importance of effective labor leadership. The NJEA stands up for what its members deserve and is one of the most important public school teacher advocacy organizations of our time. I am extremely grateful to have been endorsed by the NJEA PAC, and I thank the organization’s 125 PAC members for voting in favor.

Assemblyman Verrelli added, “New Jersey public school teachers are my brothers and sisters in our vast network of organized workers. I will always fight to do them good.
